Why fleets still struggle

The cost of how it’s done today

When safety status lives in email, spreadsheets, and vessel folders, shore cannot see overdue drills, open incidents, or zone gaps until someone asks—or until an audit does.

The traditional approach

Teams chase “what’s outstanding this week?” by phone and WhatsApp. There is no single view of corrective actions, meeting follow-ups, or pending shore reviews across the fleet.

Monday with WaterTight

What changes when this is under control

WaterTight’s safety dashboard and fleet safety inbox bring drills, incidents, meetings, SMS documents, checklists, and zone compliance into one ISM-aligned workspace—supporting your SMS, not replacing the Master’s authority.

Time back

See overdue drills, open incidents, zone gaps, and shore queues on one screen instead of checking every module.

Less waste

Cut the weekly phone and email chase for “what’s outstanding” across vessels.

Lower risk

Overdue zones and pending reviews surface before PSC or audit—not after a finding.

Questions before you commit

Is WaterTight ISM-certified software?
WaterTight supports ISM-aligned workflows—incidents, drills, SMS, meetings, and corrective actions. It does not replace your Document of Compliance, approved SMS, or Master’s authority. Customers remain responsible for regulatory compliance.
Can shore staff see every vessel?
Yes, when permissions allow. Fleet managers and DPAs with the right access see cross-vessel safety data; vessel staff typically see only their assigned hull.
Can I close an incident from the dashboard?
No. Dashboard cards are summaries. Open the incident (or drill, meeting, or inspection) record to review evidence and complete the workflow.
Who is this for?
DPAs, HSEQ managers, fleet superintendents, masters, and safety officers who need a daily or weekly compliance picture without hunting modules.
