Is the mobile app the same as the fleet dashboard?
No. The crew app is for seafarers on board — certificates, PMS, HoR, safety docs, and vessel tasks. The fleet dashboard is the shore web app for managers and superintendents.
Which modules appear on my phone?
Your company enables modules per bundle and rank. If PMS, cargo, or galley compliance is not licensed for your account, those entries stay hidden until the fleet enables them.
Does everything work offline?
Core shipboard workflows — PMS execution, HoR, safety rounds, certificates, and more — support offline prepare and sync. See the offline sync page for the full list.
Can crew without a company account use the app?
Yes. Individuals can maintain certificates and a shareable profile, then join a company when invited.
